Room For Rent in a 2 bedroom Home: House in Bay Ho on Cul De Sac. Bedroom furnished with a walk in closet and private bathroom. Huge backyard. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Garage bar. All utilities included (water, electricity, gas, high speed internet). Central air conditioning. Fenced yard with garden, fire pit, and BBQ.

You will be sharing the home with the owner. I am a 49 years old man with no children. Ideal tenant would be clean and considerate, enjoy hanging out with roommates from time to time. Doesn’t bring the party home but ok with having people over from time to time. A normal day starts around 6:00am and lights are normally out by 11:00pm so looking for someone who will respect that. No pets. Must have a full time employment . No Couples. No smoking. Background check required. Asking $1000 per month for a one year lease plus $1,000 Security deposit required or $1,250 per month for a 6 month lease plus $1,000 Security deposit required. I also have a very friendly older medium-sized dog, so unfortunately additional pets are not permitted. I do enjoy having friends over occasionally. I also like most kinds of music, am a DIY guy and I enjoy gardening. I consider myself easy-going and like to keep things clean. I also love to cook and share food!
