I'm pretty chill. If you hear music playing then I'm either cleaning or out by the pool.
I have 3 rescue cats. I'm interested in civic events but I won't talk about politics or religion unless
you bring it up first. I haven't had a drink in 10 years by the grace of God and that's all I'll say
about that.
I retired from teaching, so I prefer to be around adults. If you choose to rent from me, I'll expect
you to act like one.

refurbished this Summer. The utilities are included and there is wifi. It is a sober living situation.
I have a built in pool which a renter would be welcome to use. The laundry room is available on
scheduled days.
