Tee M - $700/month

I get along well with people so becoming friends with a roommate wouldn't hurt. I like to keep my space clean but I'm not over the top. I prefer to cook and meal prep. All I ask is for someone responsible that has their portion of bills on time and cleans up after themselves. I don't typically have people over. If you do have guests I just ask that you be considerate whether it is how many people or what time they come. Home is where I decompress from long days at work. I enjoy going out and trying new things.
