I'm looking for a roommate (housemate) to get a 2-bedroom apartment with, or maybe someone who already has a private room that has air conditioning and is located in a safe area in San Diego, California. I work from home, but I can do that in my private bedroom/office. I enjoy the outdoors, playing with my dog, working on my computer, and learning to cook. I’d be a great housemate because I am friendly, kind, clean, quiet, respectful, and I get along with everyone, I have excellent credit, steady income, savings nest egg, and I always pay my bills on time. I take Covid seriously and have been vaccinated and am looking for same in a potential housemate. I have a 30-pound dog who is a terrier mix, who has never met a person he didn't like.
