Kate K - $2,000/month

Hi! My name is Kate and I am a sophomore at NYU studying neuroscience. I live in East Village and my lease ends on July 1. I am looking for one or two roommates to sign another lease in the east village/greenwich village area.

I am clean, considerate, and kind! I love to listen to music, watch movies, and walk around the city. I'm an active student, in a band, and seeking a career in acting in any free time that I have. I like dance parties and yummy dinners. I'm not looking for new best friends in my roommates necessarily, but I would be excited to get to know someone better who I think is cool :)

I am a very busy person with school and work, but I like to have a welcoming place to come home, and I hope to provide the same to you! That being said, with my schedule I will probably be out of the house most of the day.

Some Notes: I am a smoker (weed), but am very conscious of it around non-smokers. I live with three non-smokers at the moment, and we make it work just fine (I check in with them and just smoke in my own room). I have no pets to bring, but am pet-friendly for sure. I stay up very very late but I am quiet and most likely just doing work.

My budget is flexible based on the apartment or a roommates budget!
