Hi! My name is Mary and I am currently looking for someone to move in with in January or February of 2025! I am 23 years old and have been living in the city for a little over a year. I graduated from the College of Charleston in 2023 and just got my master's at Sotheby's Institute of Art in Midtown. A month ago, I started a new job as an Executive Assistant to a CEO on the Upper East Side. I would love to be an easy commute (by the 6 train) away from there. I currently live in Gramercy and ideally would love to continue living around this area or in Murray Hill / Tudor City area.

I am a very organized and clean person, who loves to keep their things tidy and in order. I prefer to have a roommate who also values being clean and keeping the apartment clean. I am quite OCD when it comes to cleanliness, so I would really prefer having someone who also is sort of like this. Additionally, I really value my sleep. I go to bed pretty early, because I am a morning person who likes to start their day early. I would love to have a roommate who also values their sleep / quietness past a certain time! I know I seem like I have a bunch of standards, but all I really want is to find a person who likes to keep things in order and who doesn't stay up until 3:00am every night haha! Being roommates with someone who doesn't value similar things can be really tough, so I would love to avoid that haha.

I have a couple of friends in the city and go out occasionally. I would love to meet more people though! I am not a big drinker at all. I drink maybe twice times a month. I do not smoke. And would prefer a roommate who also does not smoke and who isn't a huge drinker.

I am currently dating in the city, but would never bring someone to the apartment without really knowing them and asking my roommate first, because I would expect the same in return!
