Renting a room

Hi all, looking for a second roommate (one person only). I own the house and currently have a roommate. The other roommate that was renting left and the room is ready now. I have a 40 pound Aussie mix; he’s 5 years old and very friendly. You’ll have access to all common areas, including the gym equipment in the garage. Also, all utilities are included and I have a home security system (although we’ve never had any issues in the neighborhood). The property is only 3-4 minutes from I-485, 7 minutes from UNCC and around 12 minutes from the JW Clay parking garage if you use the light rail. First month of rent is due upfront; no deposit needed. Let me know if you have any questions
