OK... here comes TMI, but better than not enough, right?

- I am a "young" 61yrs old, physically active, and have two sons in their early 30s near to the Atlanta area,
- I'm quiet and keep to myself, but enjoy conversation if others want to chat,
- I maintain a clean kitchen, bathroom and common areas,
- I'm financially secure and always pay rent, utilities and expenses on time,
- I don't drink much (only a beer or two sometimes), and no drugs (random drug tests required as a CDL driver),
- I'm polite, respectful, helpful, trustworthy and NOT politically vocal (and don't want to hear the BS from those that ARE),
- I don't tolerate hate or prejudice regarding age, race, ethnicity, gender, or sexual preference,
- I'm adverse to liars, overblown egos, narcissists, gamblers and those without personal integrity or honor,
- and I WANT to be liked and considered a friend... as I'll consider others (unless they give me a strong reason not to).

I have a high credit score, have been employed in Huntersville with the same employer for nearly two years and have been a truck driver for the past 14 years with an excellent record (formerly a CPA). I am home only on weekends, am financially secure, in excellent health and have very good references. I am currently renting in Gastonia but, due to apartment-mate’s sudden health problems, need to vacate by 31Mar.
