Street parking and driveway parking is on a first come first serve basis. Garage parking is an additional $50 a month. Utilities are not included in the per month. It will be split evenly between the currently residing tenants.

Current pets on the property is one 18 wk old Lab puppy. The dog is very very friendly and the cat meows a lot but is very friendly.

Parmer Ranch in Georgetown is the community, listed amenities are on website and there is frequent events.
