Hi my name is Amy , I moved to San Marcos recently with a friend , and in July , him and his mom are leaving and passing me the lease . It’s a 3 bedroom , 3 bath , so you will have your own restroom and room. I will be living here with my one year old daughter but she goes with her dad every other week . We live upstairs , everyone’s nice here they all pretty much just mind their business , it’s a small duplex but there is literally everything around here walking distance including the river !
