I’m clean, sociable, and like long conversations. My party days crested about six years ago, so I won’t be much of a problem for generating late night noise, but it also means that I’m understanding if you do within reason.

My biggest drawbacks would be that I like to work on varying projects: I’m tidy, but would require some space to do so.

I like to cook, and cooking for four is the same as for one if anyone was interested in a few co-op dinner nights a week.
