Hi all, I interned in NYC last summer and will return for a full-time job upon graduation. My job is located near Bryant Park, so I am looking for a room to rent around 20 minutes away from my job. I hope to find ONE person interested in signing a year-long lease together starting May 15th.

Looking for a female roommate who meets the following criteria: a credit score above 700 with a job that pays more than $60,000, and who shares SIMILAR apartment and roommate preferences.

My ideal apartment: We will share a bathroom and there will be no doorman, but that's not a dealbreaker. The apartment will not be luxurious, but it will have in-building laundry facilities (not in-unit). What I'm really looking for is a roommate who wants to be more than just splitting the rent. Ideally, we'll become friends and enjoy spending time together in the living room.
