Hi - we are a young (spirited, yet mature) professional couple (both are working) looking for a safe and quiet place - currently work-from-home due to pandemic, we conduct occasional quiet (no shouting) phone conversations for work, 8a to 5p mostly, but we'd like to generally have a quiet, respectful environment with as little noise as possible.

We don't party / get drunk or have people over, we expect the same; we keep mostly to ourselves; we don't smoke and can live with those who do or have friends / family who do and for them to come around (nicotine allergy).

We have our own cooking appliances except microwave, which we would need to use only occasionally (or we can by one ourselves, if we have to) and need it to be kept very clean, just as we will always leave it.

We follow a vegetarian-style diet, thus little to no animal products and thus we don't create grease smell / splatter and prefer if others in the house also do not create strong smells and generally keep things clean, especially the countertops but we also clean the floor once a week or immediately after an accident; same for the fridge, we need it to be kept clean too and we do our part too. We keep to ourselves and don't intend to use shared spaces, except as necessary with kitchen and bathroom; we prefer not to share and we don't use other people's property.
