Seeking roommate for 3b/1.5bath in the North End
One bedroom available in a 3 bed/1.5 bath apartment in the North End. The unit is the only one on the floor. Has ceiling fans in all bedrooms+common space as well as an in-wall AC. Beautiful view. No restaurants on the block, so it is quiet to boot. The room available also has its own air-conditioning built in.
Rent is $1215/mo with under a hundred in utilities a month. First and last month's only.
Building/apartment features include: washer/dryer in building, dishwasher, AC, 1.5 bath, AC, plenty of exposed brick.
About me: Mid-twenties professional woman. Quiet, clean & tidy, loves card games. (Generic roommate descriptions, I know! But they are accurate.) Other roommate is early 30s and similar.
Ideally the third roommate would be a woman in her 20s or 30s who enjoys living in Boston and likes a clean living space.
