My roommate and I are searching for another roommate to take over for our buddy who'll be moving out on 7/31. The apartment is a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom space with a kitchen located in East Harlem 15 minutes away from the Green Line subway (4, 5, and 6) as well as 10 minutes away from the M60 Bus downtown. Our roommate who is moving out will leave behind his bed and desk for the next person. The rent is $2,400, but you'll be paying $800/month.
The both of us are pretty quiet, but open to hanging out and building a relationship (however, if you prefer doing your own thing, we'll respect your space). I'm fully employed and out of school, and my roommate is also fully employed but also completing his MBA.
