Seeking a female housemate to share my 2BR/1.5 BA townhome. Entire home was fully remodeled in 2012. Recent upgrades include a fairly new washer, new fridge, and new floors downstairs. My home is very well-maintained, bright, and clean!

About the Room:
-Private spacious room is 10'x12' with a very large closet
-Large window with plenty of natural light
-Ceiling Fan/Dimmable Light Fixture
-Room is upstairs and across the hall from my room
-Shared bathroom and washer/dryer are in-between the two rooms
-1 assigned parking space (uncovered carport)
