I am a female working professional seeking a female housemate to share my 2 BR/1.5 Bath townhome.
I am very courteous, clean, and considerate.
Pre-COVID, I would go to the gym fairly early in the morning and work from home 1 day/week with a pretty regular work schedule. In my free time, I would spend it with friends/family, go backpacking, snowboarding, travel, and go to shows.
I am currently working from home until June 2021 or until further notice. In my free time now, I have been going on runs, trying to motivate myself to workout from home, binging on shows and cooking. I am currently eating a plant-based diet but have always loved food and eating!

Seeking a female housemate to share my 2BR/1.5 BA townhome. Entire home was fully remodeled in 2012. Recent upgrades include a fairly new washer, new fridge, and new floors downstairs. My home is very well-maintained, bright, and clean!
About the Room:
-Private spacious room is 10'x12' with a very large closet
-Large window with plenty of natural light
-Ceiling Fan/Dimmable Light Fixture
-Room is upstairs and across the hall from my room
-Shared bathroom and washer/dryer are in-between the two rooms
-1 assigned parking space (uncovered carport)
