Looking for a female housemate to rent the master suite in a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath apartment in Gunbarrel Center Apartments in Gunbarrel, Boulder Colorado. The unit has mountain views, a deck, a dishwasher, a washer/ dryer, air conditioning and is approximately 1250 sq ft. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished, the bedroom is not. Your large master suite has a full bathroom and two closets. The two closets are the only storage space available, besides a little space in the kitchen. The complex offers a game room, gym, small dog park and is within walking distance to Twin Lakes off-leash dog park, walking and biking trails, and delicious restaurants. King Soopers is next door. Street parking is available on-site. We can discuss a garage.
The rent is $1218 per month + utilities which run about $100 - $125 per month per person. Pets are welcome for an additional $85 a month as long as they get along with my dog Tobi (he gets along with cats).
Organic-style living is important to me - I don’t use toxic cleaners, I recycle and I keep the house clean.
About you:
You’re a quiet, respectful, and friendly female between the ages of 20 - 35 who knows how to live with other people. You keep common spaces tidy, clean up after your meals, and are willing to participate in a cleaning schedule. Hopefully, we can become friends, share some meals together while at the same time respect each other's space and privacy needs.

Hi - I’m Liana, I’m 22 years old. I’m originally from Washington D.C. I moved to Boulder, CO 2 years ago and love the openness, the people, and lifestyle. I’m a student, pursuing a degree in Political Science, so quiet and consideration is important in my housemate. I’m passionate about many things including animals, healing trauma, healthy diets, comedy, and cultivating kindness.
