Hey All,

I am a 25 year old moving to Denver from the Boston/Rhode Island area. Looking to move for September and live in the LoDo, Highlands, LoHi, or Belmar District (Lakewood Downtown-10 min drive to LoDo) areas. Ideally looking to live in a complex with amenities such as a gym, pool and parking. Pet Friendly. Max I would want to pay would be $1250/month, so am hoping to find 1-2 roommates.

I work for a Bio-Medical Device Company that has a headquarters' in Boulder, and although I will be going into office from time to time, I mostly will be working remotely. There is also a travel portion to my job where I go into different hospitals across the country, so sometimes I will be gone for 1-2 of the work weeks in a month.

Moving to Colorado for a lot of the usual reasons. I am big into Skiing and Snowboarding (have the Epic pass), but I also like to bike, hike, camp, fish, cook, hit breweries, concerts, and all that stuff. I don't know a ton of people in the area so ideally looking to live with someone who is into the same things, but doesn't necessarily have to always be the case.

I am pretty easy going and easy to get along with. Have lived with a lot of different people in different area's and haven't had too many issues. I like going out on the weekends to a bar or concert, but also like hanging in to watch a movie or something. 420 Friendly.

Big thing for me is mostly just keeping kitchen and bathroom clean/organized, and not being too loud in obvious circumstances. I am sure from time to time I will have friends visit, so someone crashing on the couch or on an air mattress has to be something that isn't too big of a deal. Otherwise I don't care all that much what you do.
