I am looking for a roommate to get a 2-3 bedroom and 2-3 bathroom house or apartment in the Winter Springs, Maitland, or Winter Park area with a commute time no longer than 20 minutes from Porsche Orlando in Maitland. I am needing to find a place to live and roommate by January 30th of 2026 and we would be moving in March 30th of 2026. I prefer we have a garage for me to store and work on my car. And a backyard but neither are necessary. I work a lot and usually am only home when I am not hanging out with friends or working. I am a major car enthusiast. I love talking, looking, driving, and doing work on cars in my free time. I do not drink alcohol unless I am celebrating a special occasion. I do not party or go clubbing very often. I am a very chill person as long as boundaries are respected and observed. I like playing video games. Mostly, racing games but I enjoy trying new games. I also enjoy trying new things in general.
