Hey friends! I’m looking for a chill, 420-friendly roomie in the Valley 💫

The apartment is a little messy right now (roomie is mid-move), so the pictures aren't the best. Happy to FaceTime and give you a full tour!

Move-in: August 1 (but flexible – happy to coordinate an earlier/later move or even set you up in our guest/storage room temporarily with its own bathroom & air mattress if needed!)

Rent & Details:

$1,800/month + ~$100 utilities

Washer/dryer in unit

2-car garage + plenty of street parking for guests

Shared middle room for storage (or guests/crash space)

Landlord is super responsive + chill

Your room has a walk-in closet & bathtub

Who I’m Looking For:

420-friendly — I smoke a decent amount (mostly in the garage, not inside), and would love a roomie who also enjoys winding down that way (or doesn't care if I do so)

Has a small dog or is open to being around one (my pup Pretzel is a mini wiener dog and literal perfection)

Works from home or out of the house. I WFH but love vibing quietly or chatting while we both get stuff done

About Me:

I’m Grace! I’m in marketing at a podcast network and I WFH most days, and I live for morning Runyon hikes and dumb reality shows at night. Pretzel is 5 years old, sweet as can be, and would love a new friend around! The place is super walkable, quiet, and has the best neighbors. It’s right by a middle school, great for walking, and just has good energy.

Living room! There is also a room in between our two rooms and thats where I keep storage and my dogs things. I've also used it as a guest room because it includes a bathroom with a shower as well (only problem is it has solar lights so if you want to sleep past the sun you can't and the room a little smaller than the other two)
