I am looking for a roommate for my gorgeous laneway house in High Park/Junction area - move-in date October 1st/15th.

This is a 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with shared living space and a kitchen. It includes a private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) and a private bathroom right beside your bedroom.

The house has fully furnished common areas, in-unit laundry, and space for creative activities. It is located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Cat lovers are preferred as the space is also shared with an adorable orange kitty named Rosie. I enjoy painting, yoga, dancing, and music and value a quiet, clean, and friendly home. I seek someone who shares those values. I occasionally host friend gatherings every few months, but weekday quiet is essential.
