I'm 31 genderfluid AMAB, I am ambiverted and neuro-divergent. I like to read and write, watch shows, playing games, and go out with friends! I keep myself and other living areas clean and tidy, very quiet, I like to keep to myself, I do smoke but am trying to quit (I don't smoke inside, that's gross) I don't bring guests over often but when I do it is just one person.

My income is ODSP and I work part time as a line cook along with the supplementary income from freelance writing and client emailing. I have enough money in savings for first and last as well as be able to cover rent for 5 months. For full transparency: The current room I am renting has awful living conditions and I do not feel safe here. I want to move to Toronto to be closer to my life goals, easier as well as plentiful access to places through commute, and family and friends.

What I'm looking for in a room: preferably with a private bathroom, spacious, the living areas to be clean and orderly, and an apartment-no lofts. Location to be in an area with at least basic needs and amenities and transit close by. Toronto or GTA.

What I'm looking for in a roommate/s: clean as well as tidy, respectful of my privacy, LGBT+ friendly. Must be 25-35 years old.
