Available Room for Rent

My apartment has two floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, along with a balcony and rooftop access. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet space. Heat and water are included in rent. The available bedroom has room easily for a full/queen bed and a desk + dresser. You would also have two closets: one in the bedroom and one outside your private bathroom. There is no in unit/building laundry, but laundromat is right outside building, less than a minute walk. The L train is about a 5 min walk and union square (access to all trains) is about a 15-20 min walk. The apartment is quite spacious and nice for the location and price, I’ve lived here for 2 years now and hope to renew again if I find a roommate 🤍
