Tykia - $1,400/month

Hii everyone, my name is Tykia (Kia), just turned 29 in June and my job is a social worker - full time in the office. I identify as Queer and are 420 friendly.

I enjoy creating community, spending time with the people I live with and also honor the time myself and others need alone. I love traveling, spending time in the park/nature, going out dancing, reading, binging shows, finding new cafes and exploring places in NYC I haven’t seen (always surprising as a native New Yorker all there still is to explore lol)

I need an August 1 move in and are looking to be in Brooklyn (Bedstuy, Bushwick, Crown Heights, PLG, Williamsburg, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene). I would prefer a 2 bedroom (would consider 3 bedroom), either joining someone’s apartment or searching for a new one together and really want a washer/dryer in unit or at least in the building. I keep common areas clean/tidy and want to live with someone that does the same. I would like to stay at $1350 or below for my budget - excluding utilities.
