ROOMMATE WANTED
Hello, I’m McKayla! I recently graduated Veterinary School and have moved to Portland for a 3 year residency program (further training). I moved here with my pup Emma, and we are looking for one female roommate with up to one dog (no cats, sorry!).

About me: I am 25 years old, and from Minnesota! I am easy going, I have become close friends with my previous roommates so pretty easy to get along with. I like to be friendly with my roommates but 100% respect personal space / time, love having movie and game nights with friends occasionally, like to get outside with my dog, and love exploring the area I live in and new coffee shops! I am new to the area so am hoping to be friends with my roommate!

About Emma: She is an older pup who loves to lounge most of the time but is still loves to play with toys, physical touch is her love language, loves car rides and puppichino’s. We would love to have another dog in the apartment that likes to play and lounge with other dogs!

I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at The Fredrick on Marquam Hill which is a very short walk to the OHSU campus and would be a great fit for a student or hospital employee! It is a corner unit which has a BEAUTIFUL view and plenty of natural light, a great balcony, and the area is nice and quiet. The apartment complex is a smoke-free property.

Looking for a roommate to move-in in July! Rent is $1470 total, so the second room would be $735 + utilities. Additional optional costs include: a parking spot is $75 a month (not sure about current availability) and pet rent is $15 if you have a dog.
