100sq ft room with it's own bathroom, multiple closets, and fully carpeted. You also have the floor to yourself so there's more privacy. Some of the furniture in the photos may be for sale.

Great Location:

- 1/2 mile from a shopping center with walmart, target, safeway, trader joes, and several other restaurants (10 min walk).

- 2 miles from Mountain View downtown.

- 1/2 mile from Caltrain.

- 5 minute walk from a large park with a pool, skate park, grill area, and tennis courts.

- Has a steady job.

- Works at home (or is vaccinated).

- Doesn't have pets.

- Is safe about coivd.

- Respectful, not loud, and clean.
