Kitchen is fully equipped, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (+ double oven) and you will have your own cupboard/pantry space. Washer/Dryer in house with plenty of surrounding cabinet space. Modern tile and wood flooring through out with all updated lighting.
Neighborhood is safe, plenty of off street parking steps away, and we have security cameras to protect our outdoor areas (carport, outdoor storage, front patio/bbq area, backyard and shed)

We take covid-19 precautions seriously and keep a safe and clean home with limited guests.

We have a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 and a half bath townhome with high end furnishings. Master and smallest rooms are spoken for; but we are looking for the right house mates to rent 1 or 2 of the other rooms (those rooms share a full bathroom). All bedrooms and 2 full baths are on the second floor.
Rent includes utilities and monthly cleaning service for common areas and/or shared spaces (can work in more visits and make life easier!)

Each room available DETAILS:
-10ftx12ft room with great closet space, air conditioning, heating, fan and 2 windows with blinds.
-Nice and empty. Room is currently painted per our liking but we are happy to paint it white so you can add your own spin or pick a color of your choosing. Room can, as well, be furnished with a full or queen bed and desk. Whatever works. We want you to feel at home and are looking for someone whos looking for a long term solution.

Little bit about us. I am a married 36 year old male (work in health and fitness) and my wife (34, works in property management) we own this house. We have a young daughter and another on the way so we have decided to move with family, but keep our home, and the smallest room for an at home office space in the area (don't worry our children will never be with us while we are at the house). The master bedroom is our long term house mate, she is 31 in a long term relationship (bf does not live with us and is rarely over) as well as she is always at his place. She works long hours (law) and is laid back and spends a lot of time while at home working in her room or catching up on sleep. We are clean, responsible and friendly.

Single occupancy only for one room ($1500), unless renting both rooms (turn one into your at home office!!!)
***Sorry***No: pets, smoking!, drugs, loud music, or house party type people. Again we are working professionals as well as our HOA is pretty on top of things. But we have a great back yard for small gatherings, bbq, wine and firepit night, etc.
