I’m a 40-year-old real estate executive who splits time between New York, DC, and Austin. I’ve lived in NYC before and am looking to make it one of my home bases again. I work remotely at times, keep a clean, low-key home, and enjoy exploring neighborhoods, trying restaurants, grabbing a drink, or just having a good conversation. Sometimes I’ll be traveling, and other times I’ll be in the city for extended stretches, so I’m looking for someone who’s comfortable with that flexibility.
