I stay on the 3rd floor in a quiet mellow area less than 1 mile away from Walnut Creek Bart station. It's a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo ( shared with me as the only other tenant ) 1 pet is acceptable. Couples are negotiable, but I JUST got rid of a crazy ex girlfriend of mine that caused enough problems for me, so NO DRAMA & NO EXCEPTIONS. Can't risk getting kicked out on my first lease term.
