I am looking for a roommate to occupy a 128 sq ft room in my 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath shared townhome. The room is upstairs, and you will have a parking spot on the site. Rent is $1000. Utilities are about $100. We are on a dead-end street, about 1000ft from Castro Valley Blvd and somewhat behind the movie theatre, so it's quiet. We are about half a mile from Safeway and BART and less to Castro Valley Village. We share the kitchen, front room, and balcony up top. The lease requirement states it's a 6-month lease. If we work well together, this can be much longer if you wish
No, we don't have a fancy place. But what we don't have, we make up for in roommate quality, safety, help, and understanding.
