Zyria - $950/month

Hiii,

I'm Zyria. First things first, I'm super clean, I communicate well, and I mind my business. Plus, if you like anime and being a foodie, we will probably get along together. I'm also a writer (poet/playwright) and just recently started painting! And I love to cook (a vegetarian who is sick of eating fries and side salads at restaurants).

I'm looking for a roomie (or 2) who is very intentional about keeping common spaces (kitchen living room BATHROOM) clean. We can of course share weekly chores or whatever works but I do not want to clean up after somebody... because, we're, you know, adults.

Anyways, I don't mind having friends over and would love to have the occasional wine night or night out! I am a bit of an introvert but don't take it personally-- sometimes I just like to keep to myself. I really value communication and would love to make sure we feel comfy setting boundaries and respecting each other's spaces. Usually, I'm a night owl but because of my job I'll be waking up pretty early, so I would appreciate having minimal noise on weeknights!

I would prefer to live in Central Brooklyn (Flatbush, Prospect, Crown Heights etc.), but of course can compromise a little.
