Madeleine A - $1,600/month

Hi! My name is Madeleine and i'm a 23 year old video editor! I used to live in NYC for college when I attended Pace University, I moved home after graduation and now I'm looking to move back! I'm looking to move around Aug/Sept (more likely Sept) but i'm flexible.
A little about me, I studied film and currently work freelance editing films and other types of videos. I work from home but also enjoy working from coffee shops and libraries so I won't be home 24/7 plus I intend on getting a part-time job at night in addition to my freelance.
I love walking around the city, trying new restaurants, happy hours and going out on the weekend with friends, but I also love a good movie/game night in! I'd love to be friends with my roomie/s but also am totally fine with just being roommates and chill with each other.
I'm a super clean person and care about keeping common spaces clean, as I don't wanna deal with the NYC roaches and rats lol.
I don't smoke except for the occasional drunk cig lol but I don't care if you do as long as it's not in the apt ! I'm also 420 and LGBTQ+ friendly!
