Hey!

Location: I own a townhouse in Aurora that is biking/walking distance from Cherry Creek Reservoir. Idk why Diggz says my location is deep into Aurora. I’m literally across the street from Cherry Creek Reservoir. 25 min to downtown, 20 min to Lone Tree, 10 min to DTC.

Lease Terms:
I put 3 month lease just because I want both of us to have an “out” incase it’s not a good fit lol. But ideally I would like a 1 year lease but of course don’t want to put us both in a situation where it’s not working out and we have no out.

My Lifestyle:
I am currently studying for the Certified Financial Planner designation and will be testing first week of November. Basically I am in “student mode” till then so think of me as always studying on the weekends, no guests really other than my sister might come over or my friends who are also studying for the CFP to study with me. Plan to start my masters sometime next year! So I’ll have a studying break from November to whenever I start my masters next year.

I go to bed around 10pm lol because of my job starting at 8am and wanting to wake up a little earlier for the gym.

I personally am trying to not smoke as much anymore but i am 420 friendly so idc if you smoke. Not a huge drinker because my hangovers last two days now lol but not opposed to going out here and there. I am mainly a homebody when I am studying because I do take my career and education seriously.

I love hiking and camping and going to the mountains but haven’t had much time since I am in the last two months of the CFP.

I own this townhouse and everything is basically furnished minus your room. I have 1.5 baths & 2 bedrooms. Half bath is downstairs and the full bath is upstairs so we would be sharing the bathroom.

I am a very clean person but not obsessive about it so it’s okay if you leave your dishes in the sink till the morning as long as it gets done the next day!

I do have two cats. Both are very very friendly and love attention and people. Since I have two cats I would prefer you either have no pets or just one dog/cat that gets along with other cats. My cats do like dogs (they even bathe them too lol it’s cute) but they just have to warm up to them because they get nervous at first depending on the size of the dog.

I have a small little backyard and a crawl space if you need to put any storage there.

Definitely looking for someone who will respect the home and be responsible for picking up after themselves and making sure you lock doors/make sure you don’t leave doors open so my cats don’t get out.

I work a 8-5 schedule Monday - Friday. Hybrid so 3 days in the office and 2 days home.
