Jake M - $700/month

I just graduated from an MBA at Babson College in Boston and moved to the city this month. I’m looking to join a nice place in Austin where I can live peacefully. I'm am a clean, friendly person, I have a flexible schedule with a part-time job here (~16-20 hrs/week), I like to work out of coffee shops and co-working spaces, but also work from home for chunks at a time. I do cook occasionally, but usually it's simple stuff, and I prefer to eat out. I hope this can be a good fit!
