Furnished room in Avery Ranch

Female only. I have 1 room to rent in my home in Avery Ranch Austin. It's a quiet area with respectful neighbors. If you love swimming, basketball or tennis, you will find the place to do all the things you love right down the street from the house. The community center has 4 swimming pools and 6 tennis courts. The room is furnished with bed and dresser and all utilities are included in rent. You will have a private bathroom and the access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen and a beautiful backyard garden. Ideally, I'm looking for someone to stay at least six months, a non smoker, and not too noisy. I have two cats who do not frequent visit the guest bedroom area and they are really really sweet.
