I'm looking to rent a room on a month to month basis. I travel out of the country quite often, so something that's more temporary is what I need. I don't want to lease anything, as I prefer to be mobile.

As a roommate I'm very clean, responsible, and tend to keep to myself. I am amicable and social, but keep a busy schedule so you might not see me very often! I have been in many different roommate situations before, so I know what to expect. I'm respectful of shared spaces and shared belongings, and expect the same. I'm willing to put money towards overall bills and not just a room if necessary. Internet, utilities, shared Netflix, etc. Once again, I'm a bit of a work-a-holic so I keep a very tight schedule. My average day is from 6am - 12pm. I don't date (who has the goddamned time?) and I like to keep my socializing separate from the home out of respect for everyone's personal lives.

I am not comfortable being in an environment with recreational drug use, 420 or otherwise. Alcohol is acceptable, although I don't drink.

I'm sure you've surmised, but I'm a bit of a clean freak. I'm very Type-A in that regard. If you're a clutter-er, please do us both a favor and skip me! I'm much neater than whatever laid back version of my habits that you're imagining.

I clean up after myself, likely to the point you'll forget I'm around. That is, until you notice that all of your family pictures have been perfectly straightened. Haha, just kidding!
