Looking for a roomate to take on immediately with a lease start date of February 25th. The apartment is located in Stytown and the price includes all utilities. No additional charge for electric, water, only utility charge is $38 per roomate for a montly AC fee. There are basketball and tennis ball courts, a gym and 80 acres of greenspace. It feels like a small college and is a prime location as the L train is right on 14th street (less than a 5 min walk).
