Looking for a roommate in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens - New York

David L - $2,500/month

About Me

26-year-old software engineer working for the man (finance sector), born in NYC and raised in Queens.

Categorized by others as laid back and easy to work/live with. Usually work from home but hope to live within 30 minutes of my office (downtown Brooklyn). I cook at home and am notorious for making too much. Prefer a clean, uncluttered apartment, and looking for someone similar.

Open to being very chill, but also cool with barely knowing each other. Will usually be running around working on side projects.

Big film/TV guy, I like to have a home theater sound system and quality TV (I'll bring both with me) but if the walls are thin can live without it. Of course, it means you can use it to your heart's content.

I don't drink or smoke but won't care if you do. (But I do believe smoking indoors is a privilege that shouldn't be abused)

Prefer a few day's notice on large gatherings, but a quick text a few hours in advance that you'll have a few peeps over is fine with me. Will respond in kind to whichever agreement we work out.

I have a dog but if it's an issue my family is in NYC and are actively trying to kidnap her.

My maximum monthly budget 2,500
Move in Date Feb 2024
Lease Duration 1 Year
Age 26
Occupation Software Engineer

Relationship Status Single

We think David would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
