Hello, Im looking for someone to rent out a room in my home. I am the only one living here, I have 3 large-ish dogs already so no pets are preferred but is not a deal breaker. See image of floor plan for full cost details and included space (in red). The bathroom isn’t attached to the room, but its all yours since you would be the only one using it. Except for the master bedroom the rest of the house and garage would all be shared space.
