David M - $1,000/month

Fayetteville room for rent

I’m looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate to rent a private bedroom in my home in Fayetteville. The house is conveniently located near Owen Drive/Rowan Street and within walking distance of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, making it a great location for someone working at the hospital or nearby.

I’m a disabled veteran and single father. My 9-year-old daughter stays with me every other week, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful, dependable, and comfortable living in a family-oriented home.

What’s included:
• Private bedroom
• Access to the guest bathroom — my daughter and I use our own private bathroom
• Utilities included
• Wi-Fi
• Access to the kitchen and common areas
• Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, Paramount+ and Apple TV+ included
• Off-street parking
• Quiet residential neighborhood
• Convenient access to shopping, restaurants, Cape Fear Valley Medical Center and Fort Bragg

The room and bathroom will be professionally/deep cleaned before move-in, including the walls, baseboards and other areas, so you’ll be starting with a fresh, clean space.

💰 Rent: $1,000/month flat — no splitting or guessing about utilities each month.

I’m looking for someone who will treat the house like a home, clean up after themselves, communicate well, and respect everyone’s privacy and space. I want whoever moves in to feel comfortable here, not like they’re just renting a room.

If you’re interested, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself, what you do for work, and what you’re looking for in a living situation. I’m happy to answer questions or set up a time for you to see the place.
