I'm a nurse currently working in Houston. I'm looking to sublet my room in an apartment near the Galleria/Greater uptown area/Inner loop. It's about 15 mins to downtown and the medical center, close to many shopping and eating locations. I have the master bedroom, it's very spacious with a separate bathtub and shower. walk-in closet. Large granite countertops.In-unit laundry with new appliances. The apartment is on the first floor, with plenty of parking in the garage. Very high ceilings, neighbors upstairs are very quiet, no issues. I'm moving for work and grad school in 2021 hence why I'm subletting. My roommate is chill and she has a well-trained dog. We got a good deal on rent when we moved in $1299 2bed 2 baths with over 1100 sqft. Similar units in the community go for over 1500. The apartment is located across an upscale neighborhood with houses that go for over 1M. Very safe and plenty of green clean space to go for a run, walk your dog, etc.
Your rent will be $649.50 and you'll be splitting electricity, internet, renters insurance, and utilities; everything is set up and we use carriers with good rates. Total expenses have never exceeded $800 per month.
