Looking for two female roommates to fill my 3-BR apartment in the heart of midtown starting on March 1. Central location, steps away from subway lines NQRW/BDFM/123. 2 rooms are available (1 smaller one, fits a twin/full, and the other is the largest one, fits a queen) as my roommates are relocating and I am looking for roommates to resign my 1 yr. lease with me. The common spaces in the apartment are fully furnished, and you'd have the option to buy the twin bed for a large discount if you're interested in the smaller room (full bed can fit depending on the frame).

The building is great; doorman service, laundry/laundry services in building, rooftop terrace/lounge, free gym. We are high up so despite being in Midtown, it is fairly quiet in the rooms.

Requirements for signing the lease include:
-$125 App Fee for background/credit check to the building
-No guarantor needed as long as you make 40X the rent of the room you are taking
-One month security deposit
