Unfurnished Queen/King sized-room in 2 bed apt on wall st. Building is luxury with doorman, laundry on floors, two gyms and large roof deck (perfect for spring and summer!) Bedrooms are opposite ends of the apartment, so ideal for roommates.

Me:
I am 36, keep regular working hours (9-6), cook at home - mostly veggie. Smoke weed so you must be ok with this if moving in. No other drugs please. Often go to yoga after work and out a lot at the weekends. Very occasionally have friends over.

You:
Employed, as must be able to co-sign the lease. Likes calm, tidy space. Good with cleaning (I’m not obsessed but like clean common spaces - whatever you do in your own room is your business!) and doesn’t bring the party home.
