We’re a New York native and a Detroit transplant who met on a fairly impromptu trip to Thailand. Been living in this apartment for 3 years, we’re pretty go with the flows guys, who are looking for someone to be respectful and clean, but also open to having a good time. With the pandemic being what it is, We’re definitely looking for someone who is on board wit the science of it, especially because our apartment is located close to the current hotspots. Other than that, the House Vibe is chill and friendly, while allowing for personal space/alone time. We are 420 and LGBTQ+ Friendly, and if you have any more questions do not hesitate to ask!

Cozy room with plenty of light through atrium faced window. Has a closet and room to fit a queen sized bed comfortably ( although our current roommate has fit a king sized bed in there but its tight), dresser and desk. In addition we will be offering one of the hall closets directly outside of the room for more storage. One avenue walk to a nice key food supermarket and slightly longer to the Flatbush food co-op, a number of very nice restaurants and bars along Cortelyou Rd, coffee shops, and an easy walk to Prospect Park.
Must clean up after oneself and generally be responsible with bills, dishes, etc. The room is best suited to one person, but open to a couple for increased rent.
