Finch C - $1,500/month

Hi! My name is Finch and I'm currently a 21y/o junior in physics and astronomy at UW. I'm looking for 1-2 roommates for the academic year starting September 2021. My current lease ends Aug. 31, 2021. I've already started looking for possible housing arrangements for a total of 2-4 people as well, but always open to suggestions/help if you have any! (Total of 5 or more roommates isn't preferred, but definitely open to it depending on specifics!)
Budget (around $1300 Maximum, still flexible) can be discussed in depth after introductions, and I'm open to share the few places I've looked at with any potential roommates after discussing logistics and getting to know each other!

In terms of lifestyle, I'm a nonbinary/trans person studying fulltime at UW. I love cooking, music, video games, amongst other things! LGBTQ+ roommate candidates are given priority/preference! Cleanliness, respect, and privacy will always be respected by me as your roommate, and as a former UW dorm hall RA, any potential conflicts will be addressed with respect, understanding and friendliness always!
