The available room is in a shared house. One person (female, postdoc professional) resides in the adjacent room and will share the restroom in the hallway leading to these bedrooms. Another couple will reside downstairs in a semi-separate unit, with infrequent access to the common areas upstairs. We are looking for someone who is comfortable living in a shared house environment, with decent credit, and stable employment. The lease term is one year.

The common areas include the upstairs kitchen, dining room, living room, garage/laundry, front yard, and rear driveway.

- The available room can be furnished at no extra cost.
- Parking in the attached garage can be arranged for an extra fee, but there is plenty of parking on the large driveway and on the street.
- The fenced large yard contains mature trees, plants, sitting areas, etc.
- Currently, there is plenty of storage space in the house.
- Large stockpile of firewood is available to use in the livingroom fireplace.

The location is very close to multiple bus lines (E Line to Downtown, 45 to University District), quick freeway access, walking distance to Greenwood restaurants, stores, bars, etc., and walking distance to Green Lake and its neighborhood.
