Looking for one male roommate, UW!

The apartment is 1500 sqft and comes fully furnished (D2 unit, see pictures for floor plan). Each room comes with an attached & private bathroom! The unit has a spacious living area and a nice kitchen (with a corner view into Burke-Gilman trail). The building is situated directly outside Uvillage and is in very close walking distance from QFC/Safeway and the UW campus.

What we are looking for in a roommate is:
1. Respect others: keep common areas clean and on weekdays/finals weeks keep the volume down at late night hours
2. Do chores: we rotate cleaning duties/share responsibilities

We like to hangout together as we are friends but that is not a requirement to live with us 🙂

Regarding low reviews for Trailside, previous fire alarm issues and management have been resolved since the new management has been in place. We have lived here for a year and are resigning as we are happy.
