Firstly, I should say that I'm looking for a non-home-owner who wants to do a duel search for a home/apartment with instant outdoor access/townhome. Wow, this is a tough one. I am new to this whole thing. Here it goes -->

I am known by those who really know me as a creative, witty and clever individual. I am currently an avid gardener and was a sous chef in my past. Love to cook and create new dishes while also enjoy dining out sometimesValues: I lean to the left but not overtly political. Humor is the key to sail through life. Travel - have travelled all over the States, Central America and Europe and lived in Italy, Panama and Mexico. Music and film are the two big arts that I adore. I mean, I like all forms of art too. I used to play in a Seattle band a while ago (feels like a lifetime ago). Definitely, I like more alternative music but I'm also an appreciator of many kinds of music too. Business: I started my Professional Organizing business in 1995 and have worn many hats to support my small business. Such as, remodeling work, tiling, “cheffing”, professional painting and ESL Tutoring... and more! I have really good credit and great renting history. I’m financially reliable with 2 set incomes plus my business and tutoring incomes.
I moved to the Seattle area in 1991 and have lived in many of the neighborhoods. Currently and for 2.5 years I have been living in the Hillwood neighborhood of Shoreline. My old friend is selling this home that I rent and I am planning to find a place by October. If the situation was ideal - with a fenced in yard, garden, gas stove, immediate outdoor access and preferably a private bath with tub -- I would move sooner. Ideally, I really want a fenced in yard for my dog. I can live with an electric stove. I share a bathroom now, so it's no big deal to share with one other person. Overall, one would say that I have a youthful attitude in life and I'm also youthful in appearance. This brainstormed profile would much be better understood with a back and forth conversation. I'd like someone who is of sound mind and also who has a good sense of humor and someone super independent.

On Papo (my dog):
I found my miniature poodle named Papo (POP-Oh) in Panama. After he literally got dropped at my house there, I couldn't let him go. I kept my biz going while tutoring ESL there and then in PV Mexico. So, we travelled together and landed back here.

Hopes: I am wanting a long term lving situation as I really don't want to move again for hopefully a long time. ;-)

As mentioned, I am very new to this but, mainly, I'd like to share a home with someone (woman or maybe a man around my age) who may have a dog or a cat who likes dogs and someone who will love my dog also. I was actually a cat owner (Can a cat be owned?) for most of my life. So, I mostly would like a room-mate who is like-minded, clean, cool and responsible. I am also quite a private person but would be open to some dinners together if you wanted. I'm a loyal friend and Sister and also respect others' space.
