I am a 25 year old Dancer, Pilates Instructor, and Singer. I have been living in Los Angeles CA for 4 years and am ready to continue my professional career in NYC. The goal is Broadway, but financial stability is very important to me so I maintain a steady income working as a Pilates instructor. I make roughly 50k a year and have an extensive amount of savings so paying rent has and will never be an issue. I am clean, kind, organized, and enjoy peace in my home. I do not cook elaborate meals, so there will never be a mess in the kitchen. I usually leave the home by 9AM and stay out until about 5/6PM.
