You will share the living room and kitchen with us+a cat, but have ur own toilet and a furnished private room with a queen sized bed, sofa, small TV, and chrome cast and etc. The location is super convenient for the commuter. The metro is just downstairs and will take you to Times Square in 15 minutes, besides there is a supermarket within walk--Food bizarre. The neighborhood is safe and nice.
